The Order Timeline
We operate through international fulfillment to serve a global vanguard. Please note that fulfillment time and transit time are two separate phases:
Authorization: Payment is received and cleared.
Processing & Fulfillment: Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding international public holidays).
Dispatch: Your order is handed to the carrier, and a tracking number is transmitted to your email terminal.
Global Transit: The courier executes final delivery. Transit times vary entirely based on your country, local customs processing, and the courier network.
Time-Sensitive Acquisitions
If you require your gear for a specific date or event, please contact our terminal before placing your order to confirm if the timeline is mathematically realistic.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless it has been explicitly confirmed by our team in writing prior to your purchase. A missed event, delayed personal planning, or ordering too close to a deadline does not qualify an order for a refund while the shipment is still actively processing or in transit within our standard parameters.
Customs & Global Variables
Because we ship globally, your order may be subject to local customs inspections, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These are standard international protocols and are entirely outside of our control. 1023 Quarters is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearances, third-party carrier logistics, weather anomalies, or high-volume global shipping periods.

Items designated as special order, pre-order, or custom-made will require extended processing times beyond the standard 2–7 business days. Please review the specific product page for timeline details or contact us directly.
