IN-STOCK ITEMS
We ship items that are in stock within 1 to 3 business days.
Once we have shipped your order you receive a tracking number and confirmation of the courier service which we used.
The courier service generally takes 1 to 3 business days to deliver to you depending on where you are located (we ship from Johannesburg, South Africa.)
For international shipments we usually use UPS. Delivery in +-5 business days by the end of the day to major destinations. Transit time does not include clearance time, and may vary contingent on destination.
ITEMS ON BACK ORDER
If you purchase an item on back order, it generally takes 7 to 15 working days to become available for shipping.
We will communicate with you about your back order ETA.
